Booking & Payment

1. How do I book a tour or transfer?
You can easily book any tour or private transfer directly on our website. Just choose your trip, fill in the details, and complete the checkout process. You’ll receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we only accept payments through our website. Secure online payment is required to complete your booking.

3. Can I pay on the day of the tour?
No, we currently require full payment in advance through the website to confirm your booking.

4. Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is needed. We only accept full payment at the time of booking through our website.

Tour Information

1. Are your tours private or shared?
Most of our tours are private, designed for couples, families, or small groups. Shared options are available on request.

2. Do your tours include hotel pickup and drop-off?
Yes, hotel pickup and drop-off are included for most areas. We’ll confirm your pickup time after booking.

3. Can I customize a tour?
Absolutely. We specialize in tailor-made experiences. Just let us know what you want to do.

4. What if the weather is bad on the tour day?
If it’s unsafe to go out, we’ll reschedule or offer a full refund.

Private Transfers

1. Are your transfers private or shared?
All transfers are private. You won’t be sharing with other passengers.

2. Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we provide private transfers to and from Krabi Airport, Phuket Airport, and other major locations.

3. Can I book a transfer from outside Krabi (e.g., Phuket or Trang)?
Yes. We offer transfers between Phuket, Trang, Krabi, Koh Lanta, Ao Nang, and more.

4. Is there a fee for extra luggage or surfboards?
Usually not, but please let us know in advance so we can arrange the right vehicle.

What to Bring & Prepare

1. What should I bring on a boat tour?
We recommend:

Sunscreen
Swimwear
Towel
Dry bag
Refillable water bottle

2. Do I need travel insurance?
It’s not required, but we highly recommend having travel insurance for peace of mind.

3. What should I wear on jungle or nature tours?
Wear light, breathable clothing, closed shoes or trekking sandals, and a hat. Bring mosquito spray if possible.

4. Is snorkeling gear included?
Yes, quality snorkeling gear is provided on all snorkeling tours.

Cancellations & Changes

1. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour receive a full refund. Less than 24 hours may incur charges.

2. Can I change my booking date?
Yes, changes are possible with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

3. What happens if the tour gets cancelled due to weather?
You’ll get a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Safety & Comfort

1. Are your guides trained and experienced?
Yes. Our guides are local experts, trained in first aid and passionate about what they do.

2. Do your boats have life jackets and safety equipment?
Yes. All boats carry life jackets and follow strict safety standards.

3. Is there a minimum age for kids on certain tours?
Some tours have age limits for safety reasons. Let us know your group details, and we’ll recommend the best options.

4. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or special needs?
Yes. Please inform us in advance so we can make the right arrangements.
